Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra
A tranquil space for deep relaxation and rejuvenation.
I offer regular Sunday RESTORE Sessions designed to soothe tired bodies and busy minds. These extended immersions provide a safe space to land, step away from the daily rush, and gently guide your system into true, profound rest.
Every session includes:
Gentle Somatic Movement & Breathwork: To safely soften deep-seated physical tension and release daily fatigue.
Nourishing Restorative Postures: Fully supported by comforting props to quiet a hyper-vigilant mind and settle your nervous system into true rest mode.
Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation: A deep, layered relaxation practice to refresh the mind, body, and spirit from the inside out.
What is Restorative Yoga?
A gentle yet powerful floor-based practice that uses plenty of supportive yoga props (bolsters, blankets, and blocks) to hold your physical body. By allowing your muscles to completely let go of the need to brace or hold yourself up, you create space to safely replenish your energy levels and restore your entire being.
How does it support your system?
When the body is resting in completely neutral, comfortable positions, your nervous system can finally shift out of survival mode and into its natural state of rest, repair, and regulation.
In our busy world, we are often conditioned to function like machines, always ‘doing’ rather than ‘being’.
We rarely give ourselves permission to plug back in and recharge. These longer-held, supported postures give you the quality time needed to build internal capacity, develop self-awareness, and find your natural equilibrium again.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is often called “yogic sleep.” It is a guided meditation that leads you into the effortless state between waking and sleeping. For the woman navigating high anxiety, stress, or chronic exhaustion, this practice acts as a gentle unwinding. It allows you to peel back accumulated layers of tension, safely touch a sense of inner peace, and reconnect with your innate aliveness.
Who are these sessions for?
If you are feeling run-down, depleted, sensory-overloaded, or high-functioning but exhausted internally, this practice is a dedicated sanctuary for you.
A regular practice clears away the mental and physical stress before it becomes deeply stored in the body, leaving you feeling grounded, nourished, and deeply restored.
