Booking & Cancellation Policy Summary:
To ensure smooth running, respect client capacity, and protect venue and scheduling commitments, the following policies apply to all services booked with Nadiya Wynn, Restorative Being.
In-Person Class Blocks & Drop-Ins:
- Sessions within a prepaid block are designed to be taken consecutively. If you need to miss a class and provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you are welcome to make up the session in another class within the same block, subject to availability.
- Pay-As-You-Go (Single Drop-Ins): Individual class bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Monthly Restorative Yoga & Nidra Workshops
- Transfers:
If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to pass your space to a friend or family member. Please notify me of their contact details prior to the session. - Waitlist Rescheduling: If you provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation and your space can be filled from the waitlist, your fee will be transferred as a credit toward the next available workshop.
- Refunds: All monthly workshop bookings are strictly non-refundable.
1:1 Somatic Coaching & Yoga Therapy (Online & In-Person)
- Cancellation Notice: Please provide at least 24 to 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule an appointment.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as non-attendance (no-shows), will be charged in full to cover lost room hire and reserved time.
- Package Expiry: All 1:1 sessions within a 3-month or 6-month package must be used within 6 months of your initial booking date.
- Sessions are non-refundable or transferrable.
8-Week Courses (Rooted & Restored)
- Deposits: Due to our strictly limited group size of 8 women, the £99 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable upon booking.
- Cancellations 14+ Days Prior: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date qualify for a full refund of any remaining balance paid (excluding the £99 non-refundable deposit).
- Cancellations Within 14 Days: Cancellations made 14 days or fewer prior to the start date are non-refundable unless your spot can be successfully filled from our waitlist (subject to a £25 administration fee, and excluding the £99 non-refundable deposit).
- Missed Sessions: Individual missed studio sessions cannot be refunded or transferred. Recorded practice audio, videos, and digital resources are provided for all missed sessions so you can stay fully integrated at home.
Day Retreats & Special Events
- Notice Period: Please provide at least 7 days’ notice if you can no longer attend a retreat or special event.
- Ticket Transfers: You may transfer your space to a friend or family member—please email their name and details prior to the event.
- Waitlist Refunds: If adequate notice is given and your spot is successfully filled from our waitlist, a credit voucher will be issued (minus a £15 administration fee).
- Refunds: Due to advance non-refundable commitments for venue hire, catering, and guest facilitators, retreat bookings are non-refundable.
Live Online Classes (Zoom) & Medical Disclaimer
Class Setup:
- Spaces are limited to allow for personalised guidance and safety.
- Please keep your video camera turned on during live Zoom classes so I can monitor movement and offer individual modifications.
- Refunds: Zoom class fees are non-refundable.
- Health & Safety Disclaimer: Participation in online movement practices is entirely at your own risk.
- Restorative Being / Nadiya Wynn assumes no liability for injuries sustained during online instruction.
- Medical Guidance: Please consult a medical professional before starting any new movement practice, particularly if you have pre-existing health concerns or have been inactive for some time.
- Please do not participate if advised against doing so by a doctor. If you experience dizziness, pain, faintness, or discomfort at any point, pause immediately and seek medical advice.
- Contraindications: Restorative Being practices are not suitable for pregnant individuals, those with acute severe injuries, or individuals under 18 years of age without prior written agreement.
