
Hello, I'm Nadiya, and I teach holistic yoga classes, monthly relaxation sessions and 1-2-1 yoga therapy in Bridport, West Dorset, UK.
I’m passionate about Yoga and found it to be a solace for me when I experienced a prolonged period of intense burnout, stress, and anxiety. My personal experience has shown me how these tools I’ve honed can help turn lives around and enable others to reconnect mind, body, and spirit.
All of my classes offer teachings on breathing practices, somatic movement, yoga postures, mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation. If you’d like to practice with me, I offer weekly in-person gentle yoga, hatha and yin classes; fortnightly restorative classes; monthly relaxation sessions; and private bookings. I also provide personalised 1-2-1 trauma-informed yoga therapy and somatic coaching sessions in person and online. I welcome all enquiries.
