Class Timetable
Classes to leave you feeling grounded, nourished, and deeply restored.
My classes offer a mindful blend of yoga postures, somatic movement, breathwork and relaxation to bridge the gap between mind, body, and spirit.
Whether you’re looking to increase flexibility in our Weekly Practice or find stillness in our Monthly Relaxation sessions, there is a place for you here.
Weekly Practice will help to increase flexibility, strength, balance, self-awareness, and improve your mind-body connection. You are encouraged to work at your own pace, and modifications are provided in every class. View the timetable below.

Yin Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation
Settle into stillness with a slow, floor-based practice designed to target the body’s deep connective tissues, joints, and fascia. By combining the physical release of Yin Yoga with the non-judgmental awareness of mindfulness, these sessions encourage you to quiet the mind and listen deeply to your body’s needs. This collaborative approach helps create a gentle space between your thoughts and your reactions, improving circulation and flexibility while boosting energy flow. Leave the mat feeling profoundly relaxed, with a renewed sense of clarity and a significant reduction in stress and anxiety.

Top tips to prepare for your yoga class:
- Please avoid eating before a class; preferably, allow 2 hours after a meal
- Wear comfortable, light clothes that you can move freely in (layers are ideal)
- We practice in bare feet or you can wear ToeSox (link) (socks with grips on)
- Please bring a mat, a blanket, and water. A yoga block to sit on or a cushion and a yoga belt are useful. Mats and props can be purchased from https://ekotexyoga.co.uk/; use the RESTORATIVEBEING10 code to get 10% off your order.
- Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the start to find a space and settle in, and I ask that you please put your mobile on silent or turn it off to allow for a peaceful environment.
- Do let me know in advance if you have any injuries or medical conditions; there is a link to the Health Form when you book online. Alternatively, please get in touch to discuss any health concerns you may have.
