Please bring a yoga mat and blanket. Class attendees will need to complete a health form (please get in touch with me at

Top tips to prepare for your yoga class:

  • Please avoid eating before a class; preferably, allow 2 hours after a meal
  • Wear comfortable, light clothes that you can move freely in (layers are ideal)
  • We practice in bare feet or you can wear ToeSox (link) (socks with grips on)
  • Please bring a mat, a blanket, and water. A yoga block to sit on or a cushion and a yoga belt are useful. Mats and props can be purchased from https://ekotexyoga.co.uk/; use the RESTORATIVEBEING10 code to get 10% off your order.
  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the start to find a space and settle in, and I ask that you please put your mobile on silent or turn it off to allow for a peaceful environment.
  • Do let me know in advance if you have any injuries or medical conditions; there is a link to the Health Form when you book online. Alternatively, please get in touch to discuss any health concerns you may have.
“I have experienced better sleep and less anxiety. Nadiya’s teaching is so supportive and reassuring, and I leave the classes feeling rested and invigorated. Wonderful!”
