I provide practical yoga and somatic tools designed to build functional strength, soften deep-seated tension, and find clarity. Together, we work to cultivate capacity for your nervous system and reconnect mind, body, and spirit, leaving you feeling grounded, nourished, and restored.
My own journey through these challenges has shown me how movement and mindfulness can bring more joy, presence, and ease to everyday life. I offer a range of classes, monthly RESTORE sessions and tailored 1-2-1 packages designed to feel safe, supportive, and accessible to everyone.
