Hello, I'm Nadiya, and I teach holistic yoga classes in Bridport, Dorset, UK. I also provide monthly relaxation sessions and 1:1 trauma-informed yoga therapy.
I’m passionate about Yoga and found it to be a solace for me when I experienced a prolonged period of intense burnout, stress, and anxiety. My personal experience has shown me how these tools I’ve honed can help turn lives around and enable others to reconnect mind, body, and spirit.
All of my classes offer teachings on breathing practices, somatic and restorative movement, yoga postures, guided meditation, and relaxation. If you’d like to practice with me, I offer weekly in-person classes, fortnightly and monthly relaxation sessions, and private bookings. I also provide personalised 1-2-1 trauma-informed yoga therapy sessions. I am based in Bridport, West Dorset, and welcome all enquiries.
