Hello, I'm Nadiya, and I specialise in Therapeutic Yoga and Mindfulness.

I’m passionate about Yoga and found it to be a solace for me when I experienced a prolonged period of intense burnout, stress and anxiety. My personal experience has shown me how these tools I’ve honed can help turn lives around and enable others to reconnect mind, body and spirit. It is, therefore, a privilege for me to share my expertise and take time to understand what is causing you discomfort in your daily life.
