I provide practical yoga and somatic tools designed to safely settle the day-to-day busyness, build internal capacity, and soften deep-seated physical and mental tension. By learning to regulate your nervous system, we gently reconnect mind, body, and spirit, creating a safe space for you to land so you leave feeling grounded, nourished, and restored.
My own journey through anxiety, chronic pain, and burnout has shown me how somatic awareness and mindful movement can bring more joy, presence, and ease back to everyday life.
