Yoga for Chronic Pain and Stress Relief

This six-week course is designed to help reduce stress, anxiety, chronic pain, burnout and fatigue. The class is suitable for anyone looking for holistic ways to manage their pain, ease their suffering and improve their wellbeing.

These weekly sessions encompass mindfulness meditation and gentle therapeutic yoga to support, move and reconnect. The guided relaxation practices help you to replenish and recharge.

The course will also help to cultivate self-awareness and self-compassion as well as improve physical, emotional and mental health by encouraging you to take your yoga off the mat and utilise the practices in everyday life.

Time: 9.30am – 11am

Level: All levels welcome
Yoga kit: You will need a chair, yoga mat, 2 blocks, 2 blankets and a yoga belt (tie or scarf).
Spaces: Limited to 5
